This website is hosted by Netlify Inc., 44 Montgomery Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA. Each time the site is accessed, server log data (IP address, browser type, date/time, page visited) is automatically recorded. Further information: netlify.com/privacy.

Transfer to third country (USA): The transfer to Netlify is based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) of the EU Commission (Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c GDPR) and adequate safeguards pursuant to Art. 16 revDPA.

Contact Form – Formspree

For our contact form we use the service Formspree (Formspree Inc., 612 Howard Street, Suite 100, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA). The data you enter is transmitted to Formspree in encrypted form, processed there and then forwarded to us by email.

Transfer to third country (USA): The transfer is based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) of the EU Commission (Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c GDPR) and adequate safeguards pursuant to Art. 16 revDPA. Further information: formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Legal Basis for Processing

EU/EEA (GDPR): Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR – processing for the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request. Where no contractual relationship is established, we rely on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating the website).

Switzerland (revDPA): Art. 31 para. 2 lit. a revDPA – overriding interest in processing your contact request and operating the website.

Retention Period

Your contact data will only be stored for as long as is necessary to process your request. Unless statutory retention obligations apply, the data will be deleted after a maximum of 12 months.
